August 19 has come and gone, meaning Konosuba Fantastic Days has globally launched on Android and IOS. Those already taking the popular anime series’s gacha game for a spin are trying to recruit their favourite waifus and accomplices. However, like all gacha games, a meta does form where some characters are better than others. If you want to know who the strongest Kobosuba characters are, or want to know how rerolling works to enable you to start with your favourite characters, check out our guide and Konsuba Fantastic Days Tier List below.

Tier List Methodology

This Konosuba Fantastic Days Tier List focuses on the 4-star characters currently in the game. We are looking at four stars because lots of gacha games simply have terrible characters filling the roster, which is certainly the case with the 2 and 3-star characters. Don’t worry, you will eventually get the max stars, rarity, or rating character picks by spending enough time playing the game. By the time you start getting multiple 4-star characters, you will know what characters you like to build around your perfect comp.

There are many viable picks in gacha games, so it is simply all about playing a comp you enjoy the most. If you find you don’t have enough 4-star picks, you can always look for the 3 and 2-star alternatives until you manage to recruit the perfect party. It is also worth mentioning that you could reroll to get the best character from the get-go. When you finish the tutorial, you will get ten random recruits. Three of those recruits will be golden, meaning they have a higher chance to roll into something on this list. We will teach you how to reroll if you want a better shot at cruising your way into the end game.

How to reroll in Konosuba Fantastic Days

If you care about landing the best characters in gacha games, then you may want to consider rerolling your starting picks until you get bored or are happy with your lot. After all, gacha games are designed to make it difficult to get that perfect comp without paying real-life money, so any opportunity to start out better is always welcome. However, do not stress yourself out too hard, as you should aim to play the game for fun. If you want to reroll, here is how,

  1. Download KonoSuba Fantastic Days from the iOS or Android Store.
  2. Open the game and sign in with a guest account
  3. Complete the tutorial by skipping it or watching and playing through it – it really doesn’t matter.
  4. Roll your ten characters to create your first party.
  5. If you are not happy with what you got, click on the menu in the bottom right of the screen and press Profile.
  6. The window will open up, and you want to press the ‘Remove acc’. Type in remove account into the new text box and your account will reset.
  7. Repeat steps 2-4. When you are happy with your starting picks, connect your guest account to your Google or Apple account to save your progress. If you’re not happy then repeat steps 5 and 6.

The Best Konousba Fantastic Days Characters

Melissa (Treasure Hunter)

Melissa Konsuba Skill Best KJonusba Fantastic Days character
Melissa is one of the best Konusba characters by far.

Melissa is easily the best character in Konosuba Fantastic Days. Even before the game’s global launch, many fans knew she was destined to be as this good as she’s ended up, so we have to rank her number one on the Konosuvba Fantastic Days Tier List. If you take a look at her skill ratings, she hits incredibly hard for Dark attacks. Meanwhile, her super hits for 300+% damage and absolutely destroys opponent’s armor. Combine this with her agility buff on her skills and Chris’s My Treasure agility buffs, and this character can scale harder than any other.

Chris (High Flying Thief)

This other version of Chris is one of the best Konusba characters you can get. The High Flying Thief variation is yet another offensive support character with plenty of AOE tools that reduce enemies’ speed and agility debuffs. Applying agility and speed debuffs means that enemy attacks are less frequent and do less damage. Overall, this version of Chris will control the battlefield much more efficiently than many other characters.

Iris (Royal Holiday)

Iris is one of the strongest physical damage dealers in the game. The combination of her single target focus and area of effect skills make her troublesome to handle. This is heavily augmented by her fast charge times, meaning she can deal damage quite often. We advise picking Iris regardless of comp, or put her with heavy debuff teams, so she can throw the scales off balance during fights.

Megumin (Explosive)

While Megumin’s explosive form has certainly fallen off in people’s expectations after her release, she still remains a top contender on the KonoSuba Fantastic Days Tier List. The reason why is because she is really good in the Arena and is one of the strongest self buffers in the game. If you like magic characters, explosive Megumin is a pick that you should seriously look at.

Chris (My Treasure)

Chris Konsuba Skill Best KJonusba Fantastic Days character
Chris is one of the best aggressive supports in Konosuba.

Chris (My Treasure) is one of our favorite Konusba Fantastic Days characters. The reason is because she provides a very large agility boost to all her allies while having a boost to physical damage. One of her abilities even has a chance to apply haze, while her super significantly lowers an enemy’s agility. All in all, she makes it harder for your enemies to kill you while making her allies even stronger. If you want one of the best supports, we hope you get Chris, as she is easily one of the best support characters on the Konosuba Fantastic Days Tier List.

Erika (Dancing Adventurer)

Erika is one of the best buffers for physical attack based teams. Her Fire Assault skill increases the attack power of all allies by 10% while dealing 124% AOE damage. The only downside is Erika has a bit of a ramp, needing to exceed the five limit break on her fire attack power attribute. Maybe only consider this heavy damage dealing character when you encounter bosses. Also, you should spend your time prioritizing buffing your allies.

Amy (Dancer of the Oasis)

This dark version of Amy is surprisingly not as dark as you might think. Her Chaos Burst deals damage to enemies while providing a moderate amount of healing to her allies. Combine this with Dark Shot, and your allies’ super gauges will fill up at a much quicker pace. It is worth mentioning Dark Shot power-up is a massive deal. Lots of the best characters on the Konosuba Fantastic Days tier list are primarily damaging dealers. The extra healing and ultimate gauge filling are really valuable to assist those big hitters in your party.

Cielo (Dancing Adventurer)

Cielo’s Dancing Adventurer version is a very good dedicated support character. Tornado Burst offers extra physical defence for all your allies while dealing moderate AOE damage to enemies. Follow this up with a High Heal, and you’ll cure blind status effects and provide moderate healing to allies. The only downside is that Cielo’s skills have a 20~ second charge time, meaning she can only realistically use Wind Shot to deal 100% damage to a target. But that’s why you party up with plenty of other damage to offset that weakness.

Aqua (Nature’s Beauty)

Nature’s Beauty Aqua is another mixed damage dealing and buffing character.  Hydro Attack is a damage and healing ability, while Water Buster does damage and buffs allies’  medium physical attack power. If you want an alternative to Cielo or Amy’s support version listed above, then Aqua is fine.

This concludes our Konosuba Fantastic Days Tier List. You now have an idea of what characters are worth recruiting. Not to mention you now have an easy way into rerolling your starting ten if you are not happy with those you’re issued. Either way, good luck getting your desired four-star!
