King’s Raid Tier List

King’s Raid is a free-to-play side-scrolling mobile RPG (role-playing game) which is developed by South Korean indie game developer Vespa. The game is set in the continent called Orbis, a land of swords and magic. Players follow a story of a knight-in-training named Kasel, who seeks to uncover the mystery behind his brother’s disappearance. Along the way, he meets a childhood friend Frey,  who became a priest, along with magician Cleo and Roi the bodyguard, and also encounters many other playable heroes. These story’s heroes are at the forefront of the game’s campaign. As you play the campaign, and consequently world bosses and PVP, you build your squads by collecting characters along the way. Before going headfirst into the tier list, please know that there is a story mode, raid mode, and a PvP mode. We have split these King’s Raid Tier list into two parts, one for PvE, including both the raid bosses and the story mode. As for the PvP, you’ll get a totally different list from the PvE as PvP requires entirely different thinking in order to be successful.

The S Tier characters list are the best characters for venturing through the story or tackling challenging end game tasks. These are the sort of characters that compliment your comp, adding some incredibly high damage, healing, or tankyness to the team. Some of our favourites on this list are the combination of Jane and Theo. Both Jane and Theo are very strong when paired together. Theo has a chain lighting ability, that places a debuff on various enemies. the debuff ensures they’ll take an extra 25% magic damage in that phase. When syncing that with Jane, her magic damage Damage over Time (DoT) spell also heals her. Since Theo’s debuff increases magic damage dealt by allies, it means she can gain an extra 25% healing from the DoT as long as that phase lasts. SO in theory, you can build an incredibly strong and durable team, based on those two characters.

Although, we don’t recommend building that comp with any more magic damage. Maybe take a character like Zafir, who relies on physical damage crits and AOE damage. That way the magical damage doesn’t scale into infinity, especially when you have a character using the buffs to heal themselves. After that, you can take any other characters you want, whether that is someone like a Breaker, buffer, debuffer, for your active squad of four.

There are quite a few lists of valuable A Tiers, although, some of the characters are slightly rare. These characters offer a lot more variance to the list above and are whether you are likely going to find your standard DPS, and other gimmicks onto characters. Do note that these characters are only slightly behind the S Tier characters. Moreso, these characters may in fact work better than some characters from the above bracket for a playstyle you like playing. So keep in mind this definition of A Tier is only a loose term.

B Tier

The B Tier picks are the heroes that you’ll likely find early on in the game’s life span. Also, there are a few rather balanced rarer heroes in this section. If you get these, enjoy them, but you’ll ideally want to look out for the A and S Tier before you start heavily investing in their builds. Because of that reason, these are the character’s that we value in the balanced section, or easier to acquire stronger heroes in the King’s Raid Tier List.

C Tier

The C Tier mainly contains heroes you’ll find really early on in the game. These will give you a glimpse of what is to come later in the game, and you’ll need to play around with them as you start your journey through King’s Raid. However, switch these out as soon as you can, whether that is for a direct upgrade of the same class or someone who ranks way higher on this King’s Raid Tier List.

Sadly, these are the dredges of the King’s Raid Tier List. The characters here are very underpowered and are basically cannon fodder characters you unlock. Swap these characters out whenever possible and then get rid of them so you can get more currency to improve your other characters later on.

S Tier

When it comes to PvP, the game is entirely different. The concept of having a balanced team in PvE goes out of the window. In PvP, anything goes. For the best chances of winning PvP games of King’s raid, we need to consider a few factors. The first one is a reliable burst damage character. Knowing who you need to burst down, whether it is an enemy player’s highest damage dealer or incredibly strong healer. You’ll need a burst character to force them to use their abilities or to ideally one-shot them.

Furthermore, you’ll likely want some decent damage, a buffer or debuffer, or a character like Loman who can support tank and heal. having a healer who isn’t easy to take down is an added bonus, meaning they’ll either ignore your dedicated healer, or it will take a lot of resources for them to achieve that goal. This allows you to open up and do more with your other three characters. Lastly, you’ll likely want a supporting character with CC, as CC someone during their major ability can take them out of their damage window, placing lots of pressure on the enemy.

So yes, we do think characters like Loman are one of the best King’s Raid Heroes for PvP. Here are some more options that can carry you to victory below.
