Sarcastic Gamer, has started what could become the biggest internet rumour before this years E3.

According to an ’insider’ there will be some form of Halo announcement at this years E3, now rumour or not some of this does ring true. 

Firstly it has been known for a long time that Lord of the Rings director, Peter Jackson has been working on a game for the Halo franchise and secondly a while ago a spokesperson for Microsoft claimed that the company has due to make a huge announce.

It is also rumoured that the project may not contain Master Chief.

It would also make sense to Bungie to extended the Halo franchise during the life span of the 360, as this should continue for another 5 years or so, plenty of time to squeeze one more in!.
